Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to bring bedding? 

No,  Bedding is included along with bath towels and tea towels.

What do I need to bring with me?

We recommend you bring toiletries, beach towels and clothing as the necessities. Remember the pods are built to be cosy and should be equipped with everything you need, so no need to pack excessively!

Am I able to bring my dog?

Unfortunately dogs are not allowed on site, this includes guide and assistance dogs.

How far is it to the nearest beach?

Cornwall has many beautiful beaches but Marazion beach is just over a mile and there is a footpath which takes you directly to the beach.

​

Is there a shop on site where we can purchase essentials?

We do not have a shop onsite but Wheal Rodney campsite (just 500 yards around the corner) has a handy convenience shop and most of the main supermarkets are within easy reach by car.

How do I get around the area if I don’t want to use my car? 

Bus: We are located on a bus route, with the nearest stop outside our gates, this route goes to St Ives.

 

Cycle: We are in a perfect location for cyclists, so bring your bikes along and make use the cycle routes and our handy racks adjacent to your accommodation. You can find out more about cycle routes available here >> 

 

Railway: St. Erth railway station is a 10-minute drive where you can get the train into St. Ives and further afield.

The local town of Marazion is just a short walk away with several local amenities such as pubs, cafes, souvenir shops and more.
